How do I place an order? |
| |
Once you receive our formal quote, you can place your purchase order via e-mail or fax. It is important that you provide us with your purchase order number and shipment method. Once we receive your order, we will send you a purchase order acknowledgement within the next 24 hours. |

How does IMEQ USA export? |
| |
In addition to checking that you will receive the right product, we also check the packaging conditions of your shipment. That way, we ensure secure transportation to its final destination. We work with all major carriers and freight forward (FedEx, DHL and UPS), however; if you have a different carrier, we can accommodate the delivery to their location. |

How could I check the status of my order? |

It's easy. Just go to the “Order Status” window at the top of the page, select how do you want to check the status of your order, either by your P.O. # or our S.O. #, then type your reference number exactly as appears in you P.O. or our S.O. acknowledgement and click “Go”. In few seconds, you will be able to see all the information regarding your order. If you do not see your purchase order, please contact us immediately and we will assist you with your request. |
